International Shipping Update
Please note that delays occur for overseas orders due to limited flights. These are the new advised times from Australia Post on all international shipments (link: https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus#international)

At Designstuff, we want to share our beautiful designs with you, and are very happy to offer worldwide shipping.

Standard shipping, for non-members and members within Canada, New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Singapore, is as follows:

> Canada: $35 AUD. Standard shipping excludes BULKY items (Customs, Duties and Import Taxes may apply).
> New Zealand: $15 AUD. Standard shipping excludes BULKY items (Customs, Duties and Import Taxes may apply).
> United Kingdom:$35 AUD. Standard shipping excludes BULKY items (Customs, Duties and Import Taxes may apply).
> United States: $35 AUD. Standard shipping excludes BULKY items (Customs, Duties and Import Taxes may apply).
> Singapore:  $35 AUD. Standard shipping excludes BULKY items (Customs, Duties and Import Taxes may apply).

Oh, we definitely ship outside of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom too. Please send us an email outlining the items you wish to purchase and the delivery destination to: [email protected] We’ll reply with freight costs and an approximate delivery time to this location.

We ship via Australia Post using two key services: 

> Registered Post International: this service requires a signature upon delivery but is not trackable. 
> Pack and Track International: this service is trackable but does not require a signature upon delivery.

You are welcome to nominate your preferred service in your email. 

IMPORTANT: Please note, for International Orders that include pre-order items, we can only ship the order once all items are in stock. We are unable to split International Orders or Deliveries. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES: For international orders, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as AU GST/VAT. We ship to all overseas countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) , which means Taxes and Duties are calculated upon arrival to your country of destination and will vary pending your order value and the items purchased. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

USA/ CANADA – We are not able to sell and ship baby and children related products to the USA and Canada. If an item has been purchased we will refund any baby and child related products prior to processing your order for dispatch.
